Any requests in relation to this Clause 9 must be addressed in writing via e-mail to legal@safegaming.com. Safe Gaming will reply to your request within one (1) month from its receipt, provided that this period may be extended by a further two (2) months, if necessary and upon notice provided to you, due to the complexity of the request and/or the number of other pending requests.

In the event that your request in relation to this Clause 9 does not meet the requirements of the applicable law, Safe Gaming reserves the right to impose an additional and reasonable fee, to cover administrative costs, or to reject your request in its entirety.

  1. Your Obligations

By using Safe Gaming’s Website and by providing your personal data, you acknowledge that you are obliged to provide accurate and complete data, as may be requested, and to inform us of any changes to your personal data.

In the event that you are found, or reasonably suspected, to be in breach of your obligations, Safe Gaming retains the right to terminate your relationship with Safe Gaming immediately without notice and without liability.
